Holiday Sangria (Non-alcoholic)
The fruit takes the front stage in this no-wine sangria! What a way to sip and celebrate the season with the whole family!
Ingredients:
6 cups cranberry pomegranate juice (JS119)
1/2 cup fresh cranberries (FG606)
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (QP660)
1 navel orange or clementine, thinly sliced (QP251)
1 lemon, thinly sliced (QP058)
3-4 cinnamon sticks (HS255)
3-4 star anise (HS2182)
Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
2 cups sparkling water/seltzer (add just before serving)
Instructions:
In a large pitcher, combine the juice, cranberries, pomegranate seeds, thinly sliced orange and lemon, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.Â
Stir, chill, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.Â
Serve:
Add sparkling water/seltzer just before serving.Â
Stir and serve in Azure Canning Company jars!Â
Run orange slice around rim of jar and dip rim into salt.
Garnish with a slice of orange on the rim and a sprig of fresh rosemary or a fresh basil leaf!Â
Christmas Cranberry Mocktail
A bright and sweet treat for merrymaking!Â
Ingredients:
Instructions:
Mix together the cranberry juice and apple juice in a pitcher. Keep chilled.
Add ice to your glasses. Pour the juice over the ice until it’s about ⅓ of the way filled.
Fill the other â…” of each glass with ginger ale, leaving a little room for bubbles.
Garnish and serve!
Serve:
Run a sliver of lemon around the rim, then dip into coconut sugar.
Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing, festive drink perfect for holiday gatherings!
Orange Cranberry Spritzer
A citrusy spritzer for celebrating the season!Â
Ingredients:
Instructions:
In a large pitcher, mix cranberry juice and orange juice.
When ready to serve, add ice to glass.
Pour juice mixture into glasses, about 2/3 full.
Pour ginger ale over the top to give the glass a nice sparkle.
Serve:Â
Chill before serving.
Garnish with rosemary or pine sprigs, orange slices, or cranberries to make a beautiful beverage!
Vegan Gingerbread Hot Chocolate
Cozy up with the kids while sipping this festive favorite! Easy to make with dairy milk, but this vegan version is creamy and velvety-smooth (cashew milk also works well). Switch it up with peppermint (Mint Hot Chocolate), cayenne (for Mexican Hot Chocolate), or double up on marshmallows!Â
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (BP833)
2 cups oat milk (unsweetened) (DA007)
2 tablespoons maple sugar (or to your liking) (SW108)
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (BP046)
1 pinch cinnamon (HS1418)
¼ cup Azure Market Organics Milk Chocolate Chips Dark Vegan (BP829)
Mojave Mallow Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows (SC1510)
Instructions:
Add the cocoa powder and ¼ cup oat milk to a sauce pan and bring to medium heat. Whisk until the cocoa powder dissolves into the oat milk, then add remaining oat milk and mix until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat until the chocolate chips are melted, about 2 minutes. Stir constantly and do not let it come to a boil.Â
Serve:Â
Serve immediately!
Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, shaved chocolate, crushed candy cane, cinnamon stick, etc.Â
