Azure Canning Company brings a modern standard to the timeless tradition of preserving the harvest. Our distinctive glass jars are exceptional for high pressure canning—they’ve been tested to 10% greater strength than competitors (the 32 oz wide mouth tested equal to competitors). We partnered with Superb to fit our jars with the best lids money can buy—made with five levels of corrosion protection and Blu-Seal™ Integrity. Superb’s no-warp lids and bands form the most reliable, longest lasting, airtight seal possible. They’re also beautiful and unique, thanks to our Azure Canning Company logo (Mt. Hood and all!). Our jars were thoughtfully designed to feature inward etching (most jars are lettered with outward embossing), ensuring labels stick to the jar (with smooth interior glass, for easy cleaning).
Why?
Azure Canning Company launched in September 2023, partly as a result of the difficulty our customers were having in securing canning supplies during the pandemic. We could not source enough canning supplies for our customers, and there was a glut on the market of poor quality supplies. We also were in the process of acquiring our own cannery, Sweet Creek Foods. In an effort to provide customers a reliable source for home canning supplies, and for our own canning line, Azure began Azure Canning Company.
We offer eight options: 16 oz regular, 32 oz regular, 32 oz wide mouth, and 64 oz wide mouth.
They can be purchased WITH our WITHOUT the bands/lids. All come in full size boxes for safe and easy storage.
