Turn your next family taco night into a grab-and-go delight with this Taco Bowl in a Jar! Packed with layers of zest salsa, sweet corn, hearty black beans, seasoned ground beef, and plenty of cheese, every spoonful is a flavor-packed fiesta. Topped with crispy lettuce and crunchy tortilla chips, this jar recipe is not only delicious but also customizable - add or take away any ingredients to your preference. Even those that maybe aren’t the most experienced in the kitchen, can throw this recipe together and make it look good, too! Ingredients:
Optional:
Avocado
Sour Cream
Taco Sauce
Tortilla cut into chunks
Jalapeños
Queso
Ranch
Instructions:
Brown some ground beef with ¼ cup chopped onion.
Drain and add enough water to barely cover the beef and add taco seasoning.
Let simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat completely and let cool.
Add salsa to the bottom of your jar, however much you want.
Spoon some canned corn over the top of the salsa making a thin layer.
Spoon some canned black beans over the corn, making another layer.
Sprinkle shredded Mexican blend cheese over the black beans.
Spoon some of your taco meat over that.
Chop lettuce and add to the top of the cooled meat.
Crunch Azure Market Tortilla Chips on the top of the lettuce.
